This urban location had limited space allocated for landscape and was in need of a refreshed curb appeal that welcomed tenants and visitors. Succulents were used with a variety of color and texture including bamboo as screening in select areas. Within this water palette, diversity of heights and shapes of plant elements were strategically planted to create interest and sophistication that this location needed.
Bayview
Dated landscape that did not reflect the architectural integrity of the business park was replaced with drought-tolerant and plants and material to create a revived and modern approach better suited to the prestige of this sought-after location at Bayview Newport Beach. The new aesthetic adds to the prestige of location and creates a distinguished appeal to this business park.
